More than just a relocation, this project was an opportunity to create an engaging and inspiring learning environment that would attract and support students pursuing careers in healthcare and beyond. The new campus features state-of-the-art classrooms, including a Physical Therapy Training lab, an advanced Dental Simulation space, and a High-Intensity Nursing Simulation room—each designed to replicate real-world healthcare settings and enhance hands-on learning.

The campus design strikes a thoughtful balance between an academic facility, a corporate public space, and a highly efficient healthcare training environment. Open communal study areas foster collaboration and connection, while strategic planning ensures room for future expansion, allowing Herzing University to continue shaping the next generation of professionals.
