The primary operations of the facility take place back of house and include warehouse storage, shipping and receiving drive through lanes for easy loading, and indoor truck parking at the west end of the building. The indoor truck parking is provided with security in mind and avoids unsigtly views of outdoor trailer storage on-site.  Traffic is minimal throughout the day with truck flow primarily during the early morning and early evening hours.

The exterior design offers a far from basic aesthetic. Emphasis was placed on the northeast corner of the building as you enter the site and access the office area.  Architecturally finished precast concrete panels, wood-look cement board, and architectural metal panels create interest while transparent glass windows provide daylight to staff and offer human scale at the building’s corner.
