The layout of the building promotes both privacy and accessibility for tenants and patients, while providing essential spaces such as an entry lobby, restrooms, and corridors that enhance the flow of traffic throughout the building. Mohagen Hansen also contributed interior design services for the selection of finishes, ensuring cohesive and aesthetic qualities within the building's shared spaces.
