Balancing space efficiency with an engaging atmosphere, the new headquarters brings together employees from multiple departments in a thoughtfully designed layout. While maximizing workstations was a priority, MMA wanted to avoid the monotony of a traditional office landscape. Mohagen Hansen introduced a vibrant mix of accent walls set against a sophisticated neutral grey palette, while an affordable yet striking suspended ceiling adds movement with its shifted grid and blue tones. To encourage collaboration and provide visual breaks in the open office, strategically placed Team Rooms feature bold, wall-washed colors. Beyond the workstations, employee-focused amenities—including an internal conference center, a fully equipped training room, a fitness facility with lockers and showers, and an inviting outdoor patio—help foster a culture of well-being and engagement, making MMA’s new headquarters a space where people want to work.
