After learning about the culture and goals that make MAS unique, the team worked diligently to explore different layouts for the space, landing on the concept story of the Reverse Mullet: party in the front, business in the back.  The final design concept is a bright, light space with personality at every turn.  Unique twists, high contrast materials that reinforce the story, and flexible space elements support the team’s core values of working hard, staying motivated, having fun, and maximizing efficiency.  Another focus was on inclusivity: a custom restroom configuration was developed, spirituality and wellness spaces, and details such as operable doors to allow for flexibility between spaces and group size for all hands events, played into the success of the space.
