Leveraging Revit technology, Mohagen Hansen created multiple 3D design scenarios, allowing Nexus to explore various spatial configurations before finalizing their ideal layout. The result is a thoughtfully designed workplace featuring private offices, open workstations, conference rooms, and dynamic collaboration areas. Full-glass office and conference room fronts enhance transparency, while specialty acoustical wood ceiling details introduce warmth and elegance. The design carefully balances a high-end aesthetic with a cost-conscious approach, ensuring Nexus maintains a strong market presence without appearing extravagant.
